What are you career highlights?
Slogging it out as a single parent, following an extended maternity leave, to rebuild the necessary skills, networks, personal brand and self confidence to re-establish in a fast-paced, male dominated profession.
What are your future plans?
Growth in my knowledge of Agile Practices and Product Management, and supporting girls and women to consider an IT career (even with an Arts background!).
What are your memories of Kilvington?
Kilvington was a wonderful place of nurturing and growth. The expectation on each of us to accept personal responsibility for our own success, whilst being supported to do so every step of the way, was a beautiful foundation. The school motto and culture of care for others continues to inform and challenge me in both my work and personal life.
